At Saaridaa Commerce, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made on our B2B‑C platform. This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled when products purchased from our platform do not meet expectations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all the following criteria:

The item was purchased through Saaridaa Commerce

The return request is submitted within 7–14 days of delivery (timeline may vary by seller)

The product is in unused or original condition

Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

There is a valid reason for return, such as:

Defective item

Damaged during shipping

Not as described

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

Login to your Saaridaa Commerce account

Go to Orders → View Order

Select the item you want to return

Click Request Return / Refund

Provide a brief explanation and upload supporting images (if applicable)

Submit your request

A confirmation email will be sent once the request is received.

3. Return Approval and Process

Once the return request is submitted:

The seller will review the request within 24–72 hours

You may be asked for additional information if necessary

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the product

Please follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to comply may invalidate your return request.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

Defective / Damaged / Not as described

— Return shipping is free (seller covers cost)

Change of mind / Ordered by mistake

— Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer

Saaridaa Commerce strongly recommends using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the seller will issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

You will receive a confirmation once your refund is issued.

Refund will be returned via the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

The item is not in its original condition

Only certain components are faulty

Restocking fees apply (if disclosed by seller)

7. Exchanges

At present, Saaridaa Commerce offers refunds only. If you need a replacement item, please return the original and place a new order.

8. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, such as:

Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

Customized products made to order

Items marked “FINAL SALE”

Always check the product description before purchase.
